The Minister for Health & Children wrote to the Association on 5th December advising of his decision to impose Enteprise Liability with effect from 1st January 2004

The Secretary General replied to the Minister on 8th December recommending further detailed discsssions and a postponement of the planned start date of Enterprise Liability
