To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither The Irish Hospital Consultants Association nor any partners, associates, consultants, employees, affiliates or other representatives thereof will be liable for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Materials or any other facilities or services offered through this website (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damages, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties) even if The Irish Hospital Consultants Association has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages or such loss or damages were reasonably foreseeable.

Online Payments


By signing the online mandate form, you authorise the Irish Hospital Consultants Association to send instructions to your bank to debit your account and your bank to debit your account in accordance with the instructions from the Irish Hospital Consultants Association.

 
As part of your rights you are entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A refund must be claimed within 8 weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited.


Your rights regarding the above mandate are explained in a statement that you can obtain from your bank.

 
Direct debits will be presented on the 25th or the next working day thereafter of every month.


By agreeing to pay the membership subscription by credit card, you authorise the Irish Hospital Consultants Association to send instructions to the financial institution that issued your card to take a series of payments from your card account. The frequency and amount of these payments will be either €58 monthly or €700 annually.


Any other payments by credit card (e.g. for guests to attend the IHCA Annual Conference dinner) will be a one off charge and not involve a series of future payments.
