Bringing IHCA Support Directly to You
The IHCA is committed to being visible and accessible to members across the country.
Our on-site group sessions and clinics ensure you can engage directly with IHCA Executive staff in your own hospital or employment location, making it easier to access expert advice, raise local issues, and stay informed about key national developments.
What to Expect
Each session includes:
- IHCA Updates and Presentations on the latest developments in healthcare policy, IR issues, contracts, resourcing, and advocacy work.
- Drop-in Clinics where members can meet one-to-one with IHCA Executive staff to discuss individual issues such as contracts, resourcing, or workplace matters.
- Networking Opportunities to connect with colleagues and learn about the full range of IHCA member supports and initiatives.
Where and When
Sessions will be hosted throughout the year at hospital sites nationwide. Members will receive at least two weeks’ advance notice and details will be circulated via IHCA circulars, member emails, and Consultants' WhatsApp groups.
