Consultant Executive Leadership Programme

A consultant-specific executive leadership programme developed by the Irish Hospital Consultants Association in partnership with Trinity Executive Education.

Hospital Consultants play a central role in leading teams, shaping services and influencing the future of healthcare in Ireland. Yet many step into these responsibilities without formal preparation for the leadership, governance and policy challenges that come with them.

The Consultant Executive Leadership Programme (CELP) is designed to address that gap.
